The Regulation on Heliport Construction and Operation, which regulates these issues, was revised and prepared by the General Directorate of Civil Aviation and entered into force after being published in the Official Gazette on May 3, 2017.
The aforementioned regulation covers the producers and operators of heliports, heliport users, heliport managers, public institutions and organizations that will give opinion about the emergency landing area and / or heliport, and the public who want to construct and / or operate an emergency landing area. It determines the procedures and principles that its institutions and organizations must comply with.
